Concept of Smart Agriculture

Updated: Jun 11, 2021

Smart agriculture refers to a modern advanced agricultural production method that uses industrialized production to achieve intensive, efficient and sustainable development under relatively controllable environmental conditions.

Smart agriculture is based on the Internet of Things, which collects real-time information such as illumination, temperature, humidity and other parameters of agricultural production sites and the growth status of agricultural products through various wireless sensors to remotely monitor the production environment. After the collected parameters and information are digitized and transformed, the real-time transmission network is aggregated and integrated, and the agricultural expert intelligent system is used for timing, quantitative, and positioning cloud computing processing, and the designated agricultural equipment can be automatically turned on or off by remote control in a timely and accurate manner.
